Government Authority located in Virginia; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Imaging and Records Management Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide and implement an Enterprise Content Management solution for document imaging and records management for Government Authority.
(2) Vendor should provide solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of document storage, retention, distribution and retrieval.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 10, 2012.
(4) Contract period shall be for two (2) years and it may extend for two (2) additional one year periods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite or Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their or our office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
